Each tin is filled with artfully illustrated packets, each depicting one of the eighty-two official sumo winning techniques. Savor the authentic flavors of Japan with Mochikichi's gourmet rice snacks, crafted from select Japanese rice and "Power Water," the same special water used to purify the sumo ring before each bout.

大煎餅（9枚入）と小煎餅（25枚入）の2種類の缶をご用意。いずれも、決まり手を描いた個包装とともにおせんべいをお楽しみいただけます。たまに絵柄が決まり手以外の個包装がひそんでおり、中には特別に梅ざらめが入っています。

We offer two tin sizes: the large tin with 9 rice snacks and the small tin with 25. In both, you can savor gourmet rice snacks individually wrapped in packets adorned with dynamic sumo winning techniques. Every so often, however, a packet appears that features a scene outside the ring—and hidden inside is a special Sugar Plum rice snack.

In crafting each gourmet snack Mochikichi uses only the finest Koshihikari rice grown in Japan. Pristine Sumo “Power Water,” which is drawn from natural springs at the base of the Fukuchiyama mountain range, is mixed with the rice to draw out its natural umami. Lastly, expert hands bake each cracker to perfection, using methods perfected over many, many decades.

Dummy_From the basic moves to throws, trips, body drops, twists, and special techniques, here are all 82 official sumo winning techniques (kimarite) as well as five non-techniques.
親指と他の４本指をＹ字に開いた「ハズ」の形で相手を押し、土俵の外に出す。
相手に密着して寄り進み、もたれかかるように体を預けて土俵際で倒す。
低く突進してきた相手の肩や背中、腕などを叩き、土俵に手をつかせる。
片手を相手の脇に当て、ななめ下へと押さえつけるように捻り倒す。
相手に密着して寄り進み、もたれかかるように体を預けて土俵際で倒す。
相手の腕の上から廻しをつかんで投げる豪快な技。力自慢の力士が得意とする。
向かってきた相手の腕や肩、前廻しを手前に引き、土俵に這わせるように倒す。
親指と他の４本指をＹ字に開いた「ハズ」の形で相手を押し倒す。
相手の背後に回り、突いたり押したりして土俵の外に出す。
相手の腕の下から廻しをつかんで投げる巧妙な技。小柄な力士に用いられることが多い。
OshidashiWith the hands forming a hazu (thumb separated from the four fingers in a Y-shape), the rikishi pushes the opponent straight out of the ring.
YorikiriLocking in chest-to-chest, the rikishi drives forward to push the opponent out.
HatakikomiWhen the opponent charges low, the rikishi slaps down on the shoulders or back to bring him down.
TsukiotoshiWith one hand to the opponent’s side, the rikishi twists and thrusts downward to topple him.
YoritaoshiPressing in closely, the rikishi drives forward and leans to crush the opponent down at the edge.
UwatenageSeizing the mawashi over the opponent’s arm, the rikishi executes a powerful throw.
HikiotoshiPulling the arm, shoulder, or mawashi, the rikishi drags the opponent forward to the clay.
OshitaoshiWith hazu hands, the rikishi presses forward and pushes the opponent down inside the ring.
OkuridashiMoving behind the opponent, the rikishi pushes him out from the rear.
ShitatenageGripping the mawashi under the arm, the rikishi throws skillfully, often favored by smaller men.
